In its debut appearance at Impressions Expo Long Beach this past January, equipment supplier DCC made quite the splash, with a range of new systems on display, including the all-new NeoFlex Pro line of DTF printers. Built entirely in-house with an eye toward quality and consistency, the printers offer a combination of reliability and precision, with a host of built-in preventative maintenance features, including auto-capping and the wiping of printheads. Especially impressive is the system’s ability to create DTF transfers in which the requisite adhesive is integrated directly into the ink, removing the need for powder handling, the bane of any DTF printing operation.
