With this new software and equipment upgrade, a barcode sets all the parameters of the Viper XPT-6000. No user input via the touchscreen is required, thus reducing errors and employee mistakes in the preprinting production process, according to the company.
Users scan a barcode and all the settings change in the Viper XPT-6000, including those of starting and ending spray length, spray laydown value and an option to turn the six sprayheads on or off to achieve different spray patterns.
The system is simple and ready to use if your Viper XPT-6000 has been purchased with the LightSpeed USB BarCode scanning hardware upgrade.
