The new collection includes ready-to-press transfers engineered to eliminate several production steps by arriving pre-printed, cured and ready for heat application. According to Crystal DTF, decorators can bypass artwork preparation, printing and powdering processes, allowing for faster order fulfillment during peak seasonal demand.
Expanded Color Capabilities Drive Design Accuracy
Crystal DTF says its production platform utilizes a nine-color printing system—CMYK plus red, green, blue, orange and white—to achieve a broader color gamut and more accurate Pantone matching than traditional five-color DTF workflows. The company states the expanded configuration can reproduce up to 97% of Pantone colors, helping decorators produce more vibrant graphics and brand-specific color palettes.
The manufacturing process also incorporates 12-head printing systems designed to increase production capacity and support higher-volume output during busy seasons.
Fast Application Designed for Production Shops
Among the collection’s key features is a seven-second press cycle combined with an instant hot-peel release system, allowing decorators to remove the carrier film immediately after pressing without waiting for the transfer to cool.
Crystal DTF says the streamlined process helps reduce production bottlenecks and improves throughput for both independent creators and commercial apparel businesses. Same-day shipping is also available for qualifying weekday orders placed before the company’s daily cutoff time.
