xTool has announced the launch of its new O1 Omni Printer, an all-in-one desktop printing system designed to produce full-color graphics on a wide variety of materials using multiple print technologies within a single machine. The company says the O1 Omni combines UV printing, direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF), and UV DTF capabilities, allowing users to decorate everything from rigid substrates and promotional products to apparel and transfer films.

Four Printing Technologies in One Desktop System

Marketed as the world’s first “Omni Printer,” the O1 is designed to eliminate the need for multiple specialty printers by integrating four decoration methods into a single desktop platform. According to xTool, users can print directly onto materials including wood, acrylic, glass, metal, leather, ceramic, plastic, and fabric, making the system suitable for promotional products, signage, home décor, apparel decoration, personalized gifts, and short-run manufacturing.

The printer also supports UV DTF transfer production for decorating curved or irregularly shaped products and incorporates Pixel-Scan Vision technology to automatically recognize object placement for more accurate print alignment. xTool says the system can produce textured graphics and raised effects while supporting production workflows for both rigid and textile applications.

Built for Small Businesses and Custom Production

Designed for makers, apparel decorators, and small businesses, the O1 Omni is compatible with xTool Studio software, allowing users to manage multiple machines, access design templates, and create graphics using built-in AI-assisted design tools. The company says the integrated workflow is intended to simplify customization while enabling businesses to expand into new product categories without investing in multiple dedicated print systems.

The printer will be available in multiple configurations, with pricing beginning at $1,699 for the base UV model and increasing for dual-head and fabric-capable versions.
