S&S has appointed veteran commercial executive Sean Eckhardt as Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales, adding nearly three decades of leadership experience as the company continues to strengthen its customer-first strategy and national sales organization.
Eckhardt joins S&S with nearly 30 years of commercial leadership experience leading high-performing sales organizations, driving transformational growth and building successful teams. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s U.S. sales organization, advancing commercial strategy, strengthening customer partnerships, investing in talent and helping deliver additional value for customers.

Eckhardt succeeds Jim Strugell, who recently announced his retirement after helping guide S&S through its transformation following the company’s acquisition of alphabroder.
Most recently, Eckhardt served as Chief Commercial Officer at Casa Del Sol Tequila, where he helped expand national distribution, attract new investors and develop long-term growth strategies. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of U.S. Sales at Bacardi USA, leading the organization’s commercial transformation through talent development, accountability and data-driven decision-making.
Earlier in his career, Eckhardt built and led a national sales organization at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits and also held sales leadership positions with several distributors, including Reyes Beverage.
