St. Clair Shores, MI. — STAHLS’ has expanded its award-winning LIQUID 3D heat-applied emblem technology, adding more than 400 new texture, pattern and color combinations designed to give apparel decorators greater creative flexibility.

The expansion represents the largest update to the LIQUID 3D customization platform since its launch and introduces new tactile textures, image-fill patterns and advanced 3D texture designs. The added options allow decorators to create dimensional logos and emblems with greater depth and visual impact without changes to existing pricing or production timelines. The platform also maintains a minimum order quantity of one.

More Creative Options for Apparel Decorators

“As demand continues to grow for premium apparel decoration, decorators are looking for ways to differentiate themselves and offer products that stand apart from standard prints,” said Josh Ellsworth, chief revenue officer at STAHLS’. “These new LIQUID 3D enhancements make it easier than ever to create eye-catching logos and graphics with incredible depth, texture, and visual impact—all while maintaining the fast turnaround, durability, and ease of application our customers expect.”

LIQUID 3D technology is designed to provide decorators with a dimensional alternative to traditional printed graphics, with applications spanning several decorated-apparel and branded-merchandise markets.

The technology is currently used for:
