SHEBOYGAN, Wis. — Broidry has introduced an order-management platform designed specifically for independent machine embroidery shops, bringing customer orders, product mockups, pricing and payment processing together in one system.
Founded by Sara Nelson, who also operates Four Burners, a custom embroidery business in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Broidry aims to simplify the administrative tasks involved in running an embroidery shop, from receiving an initial customer inquiry to completing a finished order.
Centralized Order Management for Embroidery Businesses
Broidry allows embroidery shops to manage orders from multiple sources through a single dashboard. Customer inquiries originating from text messages or social media can be converted into orders and managed alongside purchases made through the shop’s online storefront.
Each shop also receives its own storefront, with integrated card-payment processing through Stripe or the shop’s existing Square account.
The centralized approach is designed to help embroidery business owners organize customer information, track orders and manage transactions without relying on separate systems for each stage of the process.
Embroidery Mockups, Pricing and Customer Approvals
The platform includes a mockup tool that uses a shop’s actual embroidery stitch files, fonts and garment photos to create designs displayed at their intended size.
Shop owners can send mockups directly to customers for one-click approval, with approval records saved alongside the corresponding order.
Broidry also calculates pricing using a shop’s actual material costs and embroidery stitch counts, helping owners develop prices based on their production requirements.
For shops using a paid plan, the software includes a feature that transforms a smartphone photo of a finished embroidered product into professional-style listing images.
“Broidry is a great program and I’m proud of how much it does for independent embroidery shops,” said Sara Nelson, founder of Broidry. “Every order, mockup, price, and payment sits in one place.”
Free Storefront Setup for Independent Embroiderers
Embroidery businesses can open a Broidry shop for free without providing a credit card. Additional features are available through paid plans.
The platform is designed to help independent embroiderers consolidate customer-facing and administrative workflows, allowing shop owners to spend less time moving between separate tools and more time managing production.
