Published: November 7, 2012

Colman and Co., Tampa, Fla., recently announced that it will be collecting donations from its customers for the Red Cross’ Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

The company will be matching relief donations up to a certain dollar amount in conjunction with its sister company ColDesi Inc., which has offices and personnel in both New York and New Jersey.

“Many of us here at Colman and Co. and ColDesi have family, friends and co-workers that live and work right alongside our customers in the affected areas,” says Michael Georgevich, director of operations for Colman and Co. “Our hearts go out to all of them, and the best way for us to help is by encouraging all of our customers to contribute to the Red Cross relief efforts.”

The Hurricane Sandy donation button appears at the end of every shopping cart order made on the company’s website.
