Wilcom Intl., Sydney, and Corel Corp., Ottawa, Canada, recently introduced the latest versions of Wilcom DecoStudio e3 and EmbroideryStudio e3 integrated with CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6.
The new modular product range features a revamped user interface, smoother workflows between graphic and embroidery files, as well as a range of creative and productivity features. With a focus on all types of apparel decoration, Wilcom Elements 3 also features new Virtual Decorations, simulating embroidery through digital printing.
The integration of the CorelDRAW Graphics Suite into Wilcom DecoStudio and EmbroideryStudio allows embroiderers and garment decorators to convert not only vector designs, but also bitmaps to embroidery. In addition, new algorithms provide even greater stitch quality for more efficient production, according to the company.
