ShopWorks, West Palm Beach, Fla., which specializes in developing business software specifically for the embellished product industry, has introduced new tracking and order-management software.
Called OnSite 8, the new software helps eliminate risk by showing business owners and their employees the status of all orders and related information with just a few mouse clicks, according to the company.
The promotional products business software has been specifically designed to meet the needs of promotional products distributors and suppliers, allowing users to issue and track purchase orders to vendors and manage subcontractors, calculate prices based on industry pricing codes, and create quotes and orders efficiently with integrated SAGE sourcing, according to the company.
OnSite 8 also offers a number of improved features to complement its ProofStuff, ManageOrders and PromoStores application suite. They include improved accounting functions, such as the ability to handle “eCheck” payments and refunds; an inventory app that lets you check and update the level of product on hand from any mobile device; the ability to create and manage coupons; and an externally hosted, cloud-computing option.
OnSite 8 is available now with pricing starting at $352 per month. For a quote, contact a ShopWorks salesperson at sales@shopworx.com.
