Fast Accurate Bids, Bellingham, Wash., has released new software with the ability to export bids as an Excel spreadsheet, making it easier for business owners to copy bid information from Fast Accurate Bids into QuickBooks and other applications.
Fast Accurate Bids comes with a range of built-in pricing, which can be used without changes or modified to match a company’s current pricing. Multiple pricing profiles can be created for different types of customers, such as retail pricing, special customer pricing, contract printing and estimated costs.
Another feature is the built-in connector to apparel suppliers’ price lists. Supplier connectors currently are available for SanMar, American Apparel and alphabroder at no extra charge, with more to come. These supplier price lists can be downloaded from within the program to keep item prices current.
Also, any item, from any supplier, can be added to the Custom Items list, and used and reused in the bids.
Fast Accurate Bids is Windows based and costs $297.
