Nazdar SourceOne, Shawnee, Kan., recently announced that Cheryl Jennings has joined the organization as customer service representative.
Jennings will be based out of the Shawnee facility and is responsible for providing support for domestic customers. She has more than 20 years of experience in customer service and inside sales, where she has gained extensive knowledge in resolving complex and sensitive customer issues, according to the company.
Prior to joining Nazdar SourceOne, she was employed by Sprint as a customer care supervisor, where she led a team of customer service reps to provide customer satisfaction and retention.
