Vastex Intl. Inc., Allentown, Pa., recently named Steve Baer as its sales operations manager.
Baer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales administration for the company’s complete line of screen printing equipment, both domestically and internationally. In his new role, he hopes to streamline customer response and dealer support systems, and foster a quality-oriented culture based on teamwork and ownership.
Baer brings 20 years of sales and marketing experience to the position, having previously held print production, general management and strategic buying positions at Nacci Printing, LEM Products and Volvo’s Global Indirect Purchasing Group. He also has been a consultant with Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller design firms.
