Kornit Debuts New Screen Printing Carousel Add-On

Published: February 13, 2013

Kornit Digital, Rosh-Ha’Ayn, Israel, debuted the Kornit Paradigm — a digital add-on solution for screen printing carousels — at January’s Long Beach Imprinted Sporstwear Show (ISS).

The industrial direct-to-garment printer, which is fastened onto already-owned operational carousels, adds a digital station that is compatible with both manual and automatic screen printing carousels using Spectra Polaris print heads.

Designed to allow screen printers to combine printing techniques, it enables unlimited color possibilities and photorealistic images, while incorporating screen effects with the use of screen techniques like glitter, cracking, foil, flock and burnout. It also is capable of producing dark garment prints with screen discharge or white ink underbase, four-color processes, spot and metallic combinations.
