Stahls’, Sterling Heights, Mich., is hosting an introductory class to heat printing in November.
The workshop, titled “Heat Printing 101: How to Get Started with Your Heat Press,” will cover everything from press setup to choosing the correct transfer for any job. Targeting new press owners, the session also will include demonstrations to provide a better understanding of the material being covered.
The seminar also will discuss which transfers are best for certain jobs, the difference between various cover sheets and when to use which type. Attendees also will learn how to load diverse items onto a press for decorating; how to make money with number and letter personalization; how to create bling effects with foil and rhinestones; and how to achieve distressed and other fashion finishes with transfers.
The class is available to any new Hotronix heat-press owner, from beginner to expert, for $39.95 per person. Sessions will be held Nov. 7 from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. at Stahls’ Arizona, California, Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Texas locations.
