GSG, Dallas, has named Mark Serna as its new operations manager for its Houston location.
In his new role, Serna will supervise the branch’s delivery and operations team, while ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of customers’ orders from warehouse through transit.
Throughout his 10 years with GSG, Serna has worked in every operations position, providing him with a broad knowledge of order pulling, receiving and shipping systems, according to the company. Most recently, he worked in the receiving department, where he focused on stocking and organizing inventory. — D.S.
