PolyOne Corp., Cleveland, has announced that Woon Keat Moh has been named vice president of its Asia division, effective Jan. 1.
“Moh is a global leader and natural collaborator who brings people together to serve our customers in unique ways,” says Robert M. Patterson, chairman, president and chief executive officer of PolyOne Corp. “He’s proven this since joining our company eight years ago, and we expect that in his new capacity as vice president of Asia, he will utilize his leadership skills and commercial excellence to fully leverage our broad portfolio of solutions to customers throughout the Asia Pacific region.”
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Moh joined PolyOne in 2010 and was soon promoted to sales director for PolyOne’s color and additives segment in Asia. In 2014, he was again promoted to general manager of Engineered Materials Asia, and later added the company’s regional thermoplastic elastomer business to his responsibilities.
“PolyOne has invested significantly to expand our sales, marketing and R&D resources over the last three years in all of our businesses and regions,” Moh says. “I look forward to leveraging these investments through increased collaboration among our fantastic team of associates in Asia to drive innovation and serve our regional and multi-national customers with excellence.” — D.S.
