Organ Cool-Sew needles, now available from American Embroidery Supply, are designed for heat buildup caused by penetration of synthetic, chemically treated or dense materials, including rubber, foam or synthetic goods. The needles can eliminate the friction in the eye that causes thread breaks and also when anything such as residue is sticking to its surface or eye. They have a non-stick surface on the needle and inside the eye, which acts as a lubricant that prevents sticking and gummy buildup. They are available in boxes of 100 needles.
