OrderMyGear Wins B2B Customer Strategy Cloud Award

OrderMyGear, Dallas, has been named the winner of the B2B Customer Strategy category in the international Cloud Computing Awards program.

This honor recognizes the OrderMyGear (OMG) Jumpstart, Success and Support teams for their client-centric service. These teams help train clients on the platform and give them necessary support. More importantly, they empower clients to effectively seek and approach new opportunities to scale their businesses and ensure the end consumer has a positive shopping experience using the platform, according to the company.

OMG implemented channel-based support teams that specialize in the different verticals served at no additional cost to clients. The company’s client-onboarding program, JumpStart, saw more than 2,200 graduates in 2019 and achieved a 98 NPS rating in an industry where the average is 26 for SaaS companies.
