Huntersville, North Carolina-based Hirsch Solutions LLC, a leading provider of apparel-decorating equipment, has announced the expansion of its ability to supply Hirsch Premium Film and Powder products for direct-to-film (DTF) printing. The move comes in response to robust customer demand.
According to Hirsch, following its launch in 2023 the company’s Premium Film and Powder product line has “quickly become a top choice for garment decorators, custom-apparel producers, and print professionals due to their ability to deliver vibrant colors, enhanced feel and consistent, high-quality results.”
The company goes on to say its premium consumables, including film, powder and Mimaki DTF ink, are more widely available than ever and stocked across the company’s distribution centers in North Carolina and Arizona.
“We’ve seen incredible feedback and demand for our DTF consumables over the past year,” said Ed Levy, vice president of technology at Hirsch Solutions LLC. “As a result, we’ve made the decision to significantly increase our stock levels to ensure that our customers have easy access to the products they need, when they need them.”

According to the company, Hirsch Premium Hot Peel Film and Powder are specially engineered to provide excellent color transfer, smooth tactile feel and long-lasting durability. Per Hirsch, “The powder ensures superior adhesion and reliable, crisp transfers on a wide variety of fabrics and materials, making them an ideal solution for a range of print applications.”
In addition to Hirsch Premium Film and Powder, Hirsch Solutions offers the full line of Hotronix heat presses, known for their precision and reliability in heat-transfer processes, and Mimaki DTF Ink, which works seamlessly with the company’s DTF film and powder for a complete printing solution.
