Penn Emblem Announces New Direct Embroidery Customer Support Lead

Penn Emblem Co., Philadelphia, has announced Jose Ramos as its new direct embroidery customer support lead.

Ramos has been with Penn Emblem since 2013. He began his career in the inkjet department, then was promoted to shipping, and eventually became a direct embroidery customer service representative.

“Our plant manager approached me and offered me the position,” Ramos says. “Once again, I saw this as another opportunity to expand my knowledge. I accepted the position and worked as hard as I could to learn as much as possible.” — D.S.
