Roland DGA Announces Three Key Organizational Changes

Roland DGA Corp., Irvine, Calif., has announced three key organizational changes to its leadership team.

Amado Lara, previously Roland DGA Director of Sales, has been promoted to vice president of sales and will now oversee sales, business development, and product management throughout North and South America as well as DGSHAPE Americas, Roland DGA’s dental solutions division.

In addition, Yadira Cepeda, who currently manages the company’s Sales Development department, will now also oversee the Roland DGA Customer Service Department as director of Sales Development and Customer Service. In her new position, she will provide strategic sales development and customer service oversight.

Finally, Roland DGA has brought on Peter Chen as director of Service to manage Technical Support and Field Service functions. He will be responsible for managing day-to-day technical support and service operations throughout the Americas.
