NEW BALTIMORE, Mich.—Siser North America has officially launched its first direct-to-consumer online storefront, giving decorators, crafters and apparel businesses direct access to the company’s heat transfer vinyl and decorating products through the newly launched SiserStore.com.
The online store launch coincides with a fully redesigned company website, marking what Siser describes as a major milestone for the brand as the customization and craft markets continue evolving toward e-commerce-driven purchasing.
Direct Access to Siser Products
For years, Siser products were primarily available through authorized distributors, resellers and retail chains. The new store allows customers to purchase directly from the manufacturer for the first time.
The platform offers access to Siser’s catalog of heat transfer vinyl (HTV), pressure-sensitive vinyl (PSV), cutters, accessories and decorating tools designed for apparel decoration, personalization and craft production.
According to the company, the move was driven by increasing customer demand for direct online purchasing options.
“Over the last year, we’ve heard an increasing demand from our customers who want to purchase directly from Siser,” said Brett Murray, Senior VP of Sales for Siser North America. “With the dominance of online shopping and an industry that looks radically different than it did just five years ago, we concluded it was time to introduce an official Siser Store.”
Resources Remain Available for Decorators
In addition to e-commerce functionality, the redesigned website continues offering the educational resources decorators and crafters rely on, including application instructions, cutter settings and blog content.
Customers who prefer purchasing through distributors or resellers will still have those options available, according to the company.
Expanding the Customization Market
Siser has become one of the most recognizable brands in garment decoration through its lineup of HTV materials, Romeo and Juliet cutters and Leonardo Design Studio software.
The company said the launch is intended to make purchasing easier for hobbyists, side hustlers and professional decorators alike as demand for personalized apparel and on-demand customization continues growing.
