Custom full-color window decals, now offered by Transfer Express, are digitally printed and can include as many colors, shading and gradients at no extra cost. The decals are printed on a white carrier, which gives them a white outline and may make them appear more opaque. (Static clings come in clear as well, with “no-outline” and a custom-color outline for an additional charge.) There is a $25 order minimum for the decals.
