ROQ.US, a leader in automated garment decoration, has announced the promotions of Jared Granberry to Chief Revenue Office and Cindy March to Chief Operating Officer. The moves come in the wake of ROQ.US president Ross Hunter stepping down to become COO at Liquid Graphics—one of ROQ’s longest-standing and most successful partners.

“Ross was instrumental in building ROQ.US and shaping our presence in the industry,” said Ryan Moor, partner at ROQ.US. “We’re excited to keep working with him as a valued partner at Liquid, where he’ll continue helping us advance both screen and digital innovation from the client side.”
Moving forward, the company says the promotions of Granberry and March will be critical in its continued commitment to growth and in its efforts to elevate the customer experience.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Granberry will lead all commercial and customer-facing functions at ROQ.US. With over 25 years in the industry—including growing GSG and guiding its transition to Grimco—he brings deep experience across distribution, partnerships, and manufacturing.
“My focus is simple,” said Granberry. “Strong partnerships, honest collaboration, and helping our customers win. I’ve been in this industry my entire career, and I deeply respect the challenges our partners face every day. That perspective will guide how we grow—together.”
Cindy March, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
In her expanded role as COO, March, who was already playing a leading in finance at ROQ.US, will oversee operations, service and execution—ensuring customers continue to receive the high-touch, dependable support they expect from ROQ.US.

“Operational excellence is critical to delivering a great customer experience,” said March. “That means a disciplined approach—faster response times, smoother execution, and a team built for alignment with our customers’ needs.”
With respect to its current customers and partners, ROQ.US said its day-to-day relationships remain unchanged.
Together, Granberry and March said they are forming a leadership team committed to:
- Elevating customer experience
- Strengthening partner collaboration
- Ensuring smooth execution from sale to install to service
- Upholding ROQ’s promise to be a true Partner in Print
Looking ahead, ROQ.US and Liquid Graphics will both be exhibiting together at Impressions Expo Long Beach, Jan. 21-24, where customers and partners are invited to stop by the ROQ booth to celebrate Ross Hunter’s next chapter and connect with the expanded ROQ.US leadership team.
