BRIDGEWATER, N.J. — Brother International Corporation has announced the launch of Print+, a new all-inclusive subscription program designed to streamline and scale direct-to-garment (DTG) production for high-volume apparel decorators.
The monthly subscription model bundles equipment, consumables, maintenance, and support into a single offering removing traditional barriers like large upfront capital investments while improving cost predictability for growing shops.
A New Approach to DTG Cost and Operations
Print+ is designed for decorators looking to expand production capacity while maintaining operational efficiency. The program combines hardware, ink, pretreatment, service, and support into one predictable monthly payment, helping shops better manage cash flow and production planning.
“Print+ removes traditional barriers for high-volume decorators looking to scale mass production DTG,” said Lawrence Davenport, vice president of Brother’s Industrial Products Division.
Subscribers can choose between four- or five-year plans based on their production needs, allowing flexibility as businesses grow.
Built for High-Volume Production Environments
The Print+ program integrates Brother’s industrial DTG ecosystem, including:
- DL2200 or DL2400 digital line automation systems
- GTX600 printers (Standard or Extra Colors configurations)
This setup is designed to support high-throughput environments and automated workflows, enabling shops to increase output while optimizing labor utilization.
The subscription also includes:
- Inks and consumables
- Pretreatment supplies
- Preventative maintenance parts and labor
- Coverage for high-wear components
- Remote diagnostics and technical support
Together, these elements aim to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production performance.
