Siser has introduced Siser Flock, a lightweight heat transfer vinyl (HTV) designed to add texture and dimension to custom apparel without unnecessary bulk.

Available through SiserStore.com, STAHLS’ and other dealers, the new material combines the soft, raised surface associated with flock decoration with a lighter-weight construction for applications ranging from branded apparel to teamwear and fashion garments.

Lightweight Flock Adds Texture and Dimension

Siser Flock uses a familiar cut, weed and heat-apply process, allowing decorators to incorporate the material into existing heat-transfer workflows.

According to the company, the material cuts cleanly, weeds easily and can be heat applied in seconds, making it suitable for personalized garments and larger production orders.

Its tactile finish adds dimension to logos, lettering and bold graphics, providing an alternative for customers seeking a raised decorative effect without embroidery.

Potential applications include left-chest branding, spirit wear, team apparel, athleisure and fashion collections.

Available in 12 Colors and Multiple Widths

Siser Flock is compatible with cotton, polyester and cotton/polyester blends.

The material is available in a 12-inch width through SiserStore.com, while STAHLS’ and other dealers offer 12- and 20-inch widths.

The initial collection includes 12 colors: white, black, red, royal blue, gold, navy, orange, maize (yellow), green, chocolate, camel and apple green.

Decorators transitioning from other flock materials should review the new product’s color selections and application instructions, as shades and specifications may differ.

Siser also notes that the material cannot be layered and does not offer dye-blocking properties.
