Roland DGA Corp., Irvine, Calif., recently announced its imagiNATION 2014 event will be co-located with the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) Expo on Oct. 21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Roland’s imagiNATION 2014 conference is a one-day event designed to inspire, educate and empower Roland inkjet printer owners and operators. It will kick off with breakfast and a keynote address presented by NASCAR team owner and Roland user Richard Childress.

Following the keynote, attendees can follow one of four workshop tracks (productivity and business management; new applications; software and design; or color management), or create a custom curriculum.  In all, the 16 individual sessions will cover a wide variety of subjects, ranging from “100 New Ways to Print and Cut with your Roland” and “Expanding into Apparel Decoration,” to “Designing for Wide Format” and “Working with Spot Colors.”

Roland’s imagiNATION 2014 event will conclude with a cocktail reception and valuable door prizes.

“Our customers love their Roland printers and printer/cutters, and they’ve helped us grow and establish ourselves in the sign market,” says Rick Scrimger, Roland DGA president. “This conference will not only assist Roland users in getting the most out of their advanced inkjets, it will also supply them with expert advice and innovative ideas they can apply in the real world to maximize overall performance, creativity, efficiency and profitability.”

Registered Roland printer owners and users can attend imagiNATION 2014. The registration fee is $195 per person, with discounts available for early bird registrants.
