Steven Jackson, education specialist and trainer for Stahls’ Equipment and Imprintables Warehouse, Masontown, Pa., will lead a VersaCAMM training class at Roland DGA’s Irvine, Calif., headquarters.
The two-day in-shop class, to be held March 27-28, will teach users how to get the most out of their Roland VersaCAMM printer/cutter. The all-day sessions will include an overview of the VersaCAMM and its many applications for printing heat transfers, banners, vehicle wraps, window decals, floor graphics, magnet media and more. It also will cover pricing, marketing and software requirements.
Day two will address more technical aspects of the VersaCAMM, such as color management, graphics software, print-and-cut accuracy, variable data, wall graphics, and canvas printing and framing.
Lunch will be provided both days, and there will be an opportunity for interested attendees to meet for dinner (not included) on Thursday evening and network with peers.
Attendees also can visit the Roland creative center, which showcases projects and applications, as well as the Roland demonstration room, which has a variety of other Roland equipment on display. Roland employees will be available during breaks to answer questions and provide additional support.
The class costs $895 for the first person and $695 for additional staff from the same company.
