Fruit of the Loom Inc., Bowling Green, Ky., recently announced its plan to cut 100 jobs, mostly at its Kentucky headquarters.
News outlets report the company is transferring information technology services to Wipro Ltd., an India-based company that specializes in IT, consulting and business process services.
According to the reports, the transition immediately starts and will continue through March 2020. The move will result in the loss of about 100 positions, most of which are in Bowling Green.
