ISSAQUAH, Wash. — SanMar Corporation has announced the promotion of Chantelle McCall and Barb Herman to vice president roles within its sales organization, reinforcing the company’s commitment to developing talent and supporting long-term growth.

McCall has been promoted to vice president of inside sales and sales operations, while Herman steps into the role of vice president of outside sales.

Strengthening Inside Sales Leadership

McCall, who joined SanMar in 1991, has played a key role in building the company’s inside sales organization. During her tenure, she helped grow the team from approximately 15 employees to more than 600 nationwide, supporting customers across the United States.

In her new position, McCall will focus on developing leadership, improving operational clarity and fostering a culture centered on trust, accountability and growth.

“Over the course of her career at SanMar, Chantelle has done an exceptional job leading and developing our inside sales organization,” said Steve Cuthbert, chief revenue officer at SanMar. “Her leadership has consistently delivered best-in-class service to our customers and strengthened our sales operations.”

Expanding Outside Sales and Strategic Growth

Herman joined SanMar in 2006 and has been instrumental in establishing and strengthening the company’s outside sales organization.

In her expanded role, Herman will oversee outside sales while also taking on responsibility for digital sales and strategic accounts. Her focus will include developing talent, strengthening customer and partner relationships and aligning growth channels to better serve customer needs.

“Barb has played a critical role in building a strong, scalable outside sales organization,” said Cuthbert. “Her focus on talent development and leadership has positioned us well for continued growth.”
