IRVINE, Calif. — Roland DG Americas recently hosted an end-user open house at its Irvine headquarters, giving current and prospective customers the opportunity to tour the facility, see digital imaging equipment in action and preview several technologies.

The Aug. 14 event included live product demonstrations, presentations and access to Roland DGA’s newly redesigned demonstration room, which features graphics and décor produced using Roland DG equipment and incorporates the company’s updated “Make Your Mark” branding.

Live Demonstrations Highlight New Roland DG Equipment

Roland DGA product managers were on hand throughout the event to demonstrate the capabilities of the company’s latest digital imaging systems and answer attendee questions.

Among the technologies showcased was the TrueVis AG-640 latex printer/cutter, the newest addition to Roland DG’s TrueVis large-format inkjet lineup. Attendees also saw demonstrations of recently introduced industrial printing systems, including the VersaObject IO-300 industrial UV flatbed printer and RC-300 Series UV cylindrical printers.

Redesigned Demo Space Gives Customers a Closer Look

“The event gave current and prospective customers an ‘inside’ look at our state-of-the-art facility, including the spacious, completely redesigned demo room,” said Dan Burmeister, CEO and president of Roland DGA.

According to Roland DGA Senior Product Manager Daniel Valade, the open house also gave attendees an opportunity to explore how the company’s equipment can support output quality, productivity and business growth across a range of print applications.
