For the seventh time, Roland DGA, Irvine, Calif., has been named one of Orange County’s top workplaces by the Orange County Register.
This particular distinction for all companies honored is based solely on surveys completed by their employees. This year, the survey included participation from 27,743 employees who responded anonymously to 24 statements that defined their workplace environment. Based on this feedback, 125 companies were chosen as “Top Workplaces” for 2016.
“It’s a great honor to, once again, receive this kind of recognition, especially knowing that it comes from our employees,” says Andrew Oransky, president, Roland DGA. “We strive to create and maintain an open, inclusive environment that motivates, inspires and enables everyone who works here to reach their full potential.”
