SHARON, Mass. — Charles River Apparel has announced a series of leadership enhancements aimed at strengthening collaboration across the organization and better aligning the company’s product, customer experience, technology and financial strategies to support long-term growth.
According to the company, the changes are designed to create stronger connections between key business functions while reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Expanded Product and Marketing Leadership
As part of the leadership alignment, Amy Leighton, chief product and supply chain officer, has expanded responsibilities that now include oversight of Charles River Apparel’s marketing function. Since joining the company in early 2025, Leighton has helped strengthen product development and supply chain capabilities. Her previous experience includes leadership roles with consumer brands Garnet Hill, Life is Good and L.L.Bean.
The company said the expanded role will create stronger alignment between product innovation, sustainability initiatives, brand strategy and market execution.

Customer Experience Remains a Key Focus
The leadership enhancements also reinforce the company’s focus on customer experience.
Under Vice President of Sales & Customer Experience Lindsey Davis, Charles River Apparel has aligned its sales and customer experience teams to create a more seamless and responsive customer journey while strengthening collaboration among customer-facing departments.
Company leadership said the move is intended to improve service levels and ensure customers receive a consistent experience across every touchpoint.

Technology and Infrastructure Investments Continue
Chief Technology Officer Jeison Ortega has also expanded responsibilities across technology and business infrastructure. In addition to overseeing the company’s technology strategy, Ortega now leads key infrastructure functions supporting digital transformation, artificial intelligence initiatives, business systems, operational effectiveness and future scalability.
The company noted that these investments are intended to help Charles River Apparel continue modernizing operations while preparing for future growth opportunities.

Financial Leadership Supports Long-Term Strategy
Chief Financial Officer Bruce Barnet will continue leading the company’s financial strategy, planning and long-term business initiatives. A member of the Charles River Apparel leadership team for more than 14 years, Barnet remains a key strategic partner guiding investment priorities, growth planning and long-range business objectives.
